With a scientifically based exercise schedule you can strengthen your ankles in 8 weeks with different exercises. The exercises are illustrated in the app by means of clear instructional videos. The app also provides information about the use of ankle braces and tape.
Although the app was created a while ago, the app continues to do well in terms of numbers of users.
The app is made in Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS) and is available on mobile.
