Creating a well-thought-out concept requires time, energy, research, expertise, and experience. Within our Discovery service, we embark on a two-week deep dive together with the client. The fundamental focus is to determine whether the app is fit for the user, fit for business, and fit for delivery.<\/p>

During the first week, we conduct research and brainstorm about various aspects, such as the client’s strategy, objectives, KPIs, and ambitions. We also delve into questions like: Who are the users? What products do they use? What user data is available? And how is the website currently being utilized?<\/span><\/p>

In the second week of the Discovery sprint, we transform the insights gained into actionable plans. Collaborating with the client, we define the app’s functionalities and create a prototype with as many essential features for end-users as possible.
