Strategic partnership BDUmedia & Pinch

BDUmedia, a leading publisher of local news media in the Netherlands, is taking an important step in its digital strategy. The publisher of dozens of local news titles today announces a strategic partnership with Pinch for the development of mobile apps for its news brands.

This collaboration strengthens the digital presence of BDUmedia’s local news titles and provides readers with modern, user-friendly access to their trusted local news. The apps seamlessly integrate with “Pubble,” a comprehensive solution for media companies used by BDUmedia.

Pinch, known for developing mobile apps for national media brands such as NRC, De Telegraaf, Het Financieele Dagblad, and Qmusic, has developed a specialized app solution in collaboration with Pubble that perfectly integrates with the existing publishing platform. With the addition of BDUmedia titles, the number of local news apps grows to well over a hundred.
